Our services are only available on the condition that any participant of services consent our terms and conditions. If you don’t agree with the following terms, please DO NOT and CANCEL accessing or using our services. Shall you be noticed that if you use our services, it means you agree to and respect these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.

We SHALL NOT be liable for any item(s) or contents of Living or deceased plants or animals, Money (Banknote, coin, credit/debit card, and travelers cheque, Explosives, fuel, hazardous, or flammable materials, Firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, or other controlled substances by local law, Any risky, dangerous, or harmful item which is prohibited by civil aviation authority, and Stolen goods or other contraband.

  • If the luggage is retrieved before the appointed retrieval time, NO refund will be made.

  • If the luggage is picked up later than the appointed retrieval time, the standard fee of daily rate per bag per day will be charged and collected when you pick up on your pick up date.

  • In the event of non-collection of the luggage by the Customer within the deposit closing time without notice, we will store the luggage for the next 30 days, with the related charges of the daily price, after which the luggage will be destroyed.
